| Samsung's Leaked UI |
It would appear that Samsung is looking to replace the touchWiz UI and has come up with a completely new User Experience, that might probably be shipped with their next wave of Android phones, and from what little we can see it would appear as an enormous venture forward for the organization.
Samsung is no doubt the biggest contributor to the achievement of Android at this moment. The Galaxy brand is as well known as the Apple's Iphone and samsung has been a major force in putting android on the global map. The S4 and Note 3 are tremendous triumphs in their spaces, yet this previous year has seen some mind blowing new thoughts from HTC, Motorola and LG.
To keep up to the competition in the smartphone race, Samsung has to leave it's accomplishments behind and come up with something new and daring.
From what we see in the above Screengrabs Samsung seem to be listening to us.
Thanks to Evleaks, what we see is a lock screen and two framework screens which look like no other Samsung UI. It's unmistakably Android from the look of things, and the absence of a clock in the upper right hand corner of the lock screen could show that this is based on Android 4.4 or higher.
The lock screen has been revamped and now sports additional data. We can see a running apps data in the screenshots. A map, the distance run and the bmp is shown too. The Icons too are revamped and are on the lines of vanilla android.
This UI is a fresh departure from the now ancient touch wiz user experience samsung provides in all of its android phones. Hopefully we see more of this look and feel soon from Samsung, perhaps even as early as Mobile World Congress next month.
